Happy Summer. It’s not over yet!
This summer has been, in the best possible way, slow.
Intentionally, gratefully slow. Usually I feel ilke it goes by so fast.
This summer I feel like I have actually had some time, and have much more to come. There have been long mornings on the porch. The kind where you’re not rushing anywhere, where the coffee actually stays warm because you’re present enough to drink it. My husband and I have had some great connecting
time alone. Enjoying the new house and less parental responsibilities.
I’ve been incredibly grateful for the work
While my personal like has been pleasantly slow, work has been the opposite.
Learning and growing in the best possible ways. I have done my best to put my face in front of the camera and fingers on the keyboard to produce more content. I continue to be thankful for the Calendly notifications filling my schedule with consultations and new client appointments.
Final Note
Not everyone is feeling the same way about summer.
For many, it’s difficult when there is a lack of schedule: taking on more responsibility for colleagues who are away, kids out of school, extra family time…it’s a lot!
And for some, the change in busyness shows up in your relationships in negative ways. The things you can move past and gloss over start showing up, highlighted. Maybe this is the time to start the conversations about the things you have been avoiding.
If you need the help, I’m here.
It you want to get started but don’t know how, I am here.
If you’re feeling like you are both there but not really there, I am here!
That’s where we start!
